AN EXTRA WEEK TO DIGEST THIS MESS . . . OH,

W ell,
the end result was what most of us expected, but the mode in which it transpired
was still incredibly disappointing! WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR DEFENSE!!!!!????
Is it all chemistry? If so, we need to LEAVE IT ALONE in the
offseason. Do NOT ADD anyone ~ ~ let’s see if these guys can play!
Pay for another back-up quarterback to replace Brunell, BUT LEAVE THE REST
OF THE SPOTS ALONE! Offense AND Defense! I, for one, am
tired of wondering. Antwaan Randle-El was awesome on his punt return, but
when the bell rang for the second half . . . no one in Burgundy & Gold
showed back up! End result ~ ~ a season on the brink, and two
weeks to suffer through before we get a chance to hit someone ~ ~ and,
thankfully, they will have an ugly star on their helmet!
The Cowboys
played their ace in the hole on Monday night in Tony Romo, and it turned out to
be an ugly card indeed, with three second-half interceptions, making a 5-point
game into a blowout. That has been the only thing I have smiled about
football-wise in a while, but he does offer a few more options to their offense
with his ability to move around better than Bledsoe. The game last time
against the Skins was in a monsoon, at the half- finished high school stadium in
Irving,
so this
time we get them at our house\! Last time we had them there, it was an
ass-whipping of the highest order, so let's start the second half of the season
off right by sending the Boys and their fans deeper into depression with a loss
at FedEx Field!
