  LET'S STRAP ON THE HELMETS!  

    The fourth preseason game actually had some interest this year as Jason Campbell made his return last Thursday against the Jaguars after the cheap shot he took in the Pittsburgh game ~ ~ and what a return it was!  He went 5 for 5 on the first drive that culminated in a touchdown pass to Antwaan Randle-El, showing the type of poise we all hope to see this year in his third season with the Redskins.  Clinton Portis did not make his anticipated return, but is reportedly going to be ready to hit it Sunday against the Dolphins at FedEx Field. 

    There were no big surprises in the final cuts, except for maybe Renaldo Wynn, but we still need some size in the receiving corps.  There are some possibilities out there on the waiver wire, ut the Skins will wait until after week one to sign anyone to lessen the cap hit.

    The Dolphins come to town this week with their fair share of uncertainty at some key positions.  Trent Green has been installed at Quarterback, but we all know that he is just one hit away from the Injured List as concussions are coming much easier to him nowadays.  Ronnie Brown was supposed to be the solution to their running game woes, but he hasn't done anything to impress new coach Cam Cameron (yep, another ex-Redskin), who has said that he will consider a "Running Back by Committee" situation with Jesse Chatman.  So their offense is suspect, but the strength of this team has been and will continue to be the defense.  Injured LB Joey Porter has vowed to be ready for this game, so they should be at full strength to give Jason and the boys a strong test.  We need to start strong in this interconference matchup, with two Division games on the docket next before our early season bye. Our defense will have the opportunity to shine against the suspect 'Fin Offense, and I predict us pulling away in the second half for an opening weekend win!                                                                                                                                     .........................................John Priddy

Our contact at Ticket Attractions has informed the B&G Fan Club that Jerry Jones raised ticket prices this year by a whopping 40%!  AND the tickets are GOING FAST!
 
Upper Level  = $100 - $125
Lower Level  = $150 + up
Blue Parking = $100 / pass
 
There are enough seats available for our group IN THE SAME SECTION in LOWER LEVEL only!
There are no large groups of seats available IN THE SAME SECTION in UPPER LEVEL!
You must HURRY and get your ticket BEFORE AUGUST 31 (or who knows what will be available)!
 
Although each year we try to get everyone in the same section to enjoy the game together .......... unless we all purchase LOWER LEVEL tickets,
it looks like the B&G Club will be more spread out this year. 
It really doesn't matter, though ~ ~ as long as you GET A TICKET AND GET TO THE GAME!
